Ramagiri Sri Vaaleeswarar  - (Isaanam)

Ramagiri village is situated in Andhrapradesh, about 95 kms northwest of Chennai, enroute to Puthur from Uthukkottai after crossing Suruttuppalli and Nagalapuram, on the right hand side.

This small yet beautiful temple is situated under a small hill amidst picturesque view.

The deity here is Sri Vaaleeswarar and Goddess Sri Maragadhambikai.

TEMPLE TIMINGS ARE FROM 8.00 a.m. TO 11.45 a.m. AND THEREAFTER FROM 3.00 p.m. TO 5.45 p.m.

Suruttuppalli Sri Pallikondeeswarar  - (Thathpurusham)

Suruttappalli is a small village located around 60 kms (approx.) in the north of Chennai and just 8 kms from Puthur if you are en route to Thirupathi.

If you are traveling from Chennai, after Poondi once you cross Oothukkottai and enter the Andhrapradesh by road you can reach the temple within 1-2 kms.

Aarani Sri Sampangi Pitchaaleeswarar  - (Vamadhevam)

Aarani is a small, beautiful village located about 70 kms north western side of Chennai near Gummidipoondi. To reach Aarani, one has to cross Red Hills from Chennai and take the road towards Gummidipoondi.

Aarani has a wonderful temple for Lord Shiva, called Sri Sampangi Pitchaaleeswarar. The Goddess here is Sri Sivakaamavalli.

This temple is situated near Kavarapettai in the Kolkatta Highways enroute to Gummidipoondi at exactly 36 kms from the Padi junction. In the Kolkatta Highways, after Thachur cross road (to Ponneri), before the RMK Engineering College, opposite a Petrol Bunk and exactly opposite Durga Devi Polytechnic you have to take a turn to the left (towards west). You go straight for 2.6 Kms and then take a left turn again just after a brick kiln on the right side. Go further for another 500 meters you will reach the temple.

Karungaali Sri Chinthaamaneeswarar - (Agoram)

Karungaali is a small village located in the north western side of Chennai. Karungaali has a beautiful temple for Lord Shiva called Sri Chinthaamaneeswarar, amidst scenic surroundings.

The speciality of this temple is that, it has sea (கடல்) in the front side, a river (நதி) behind it and forest (வனம்) on the other side. It is a very rare sight to see a temple amidst such a natural setting.

From Koyambedu you have to go via Red Hills, Ponneri and Pazhaverkadu.

From Pazhaverkadu (Pulicat) Karungaali it is 9 Kms.
